DC Shoes store locator hates Blades NYC

Searching for the DC Store in SOHO I came across Blades in the store locater on the DC’s website. It says “Do Not Use” next to their name and store address. It’s the correct address and phone number. Even DC doesn’t support shopping at Blades Board and Skate. Ouch! Find the DC Flagship store at 109-111 Spring Street, New York, NY‎ – (212) 334-4500

Blades Board and Skate Yelp.com Reviews

Here are some Yelp postings from not so happy customers of the “skateboard and snowboard lifestyle” shop that is Blades Board and Skate in New York City. Also note the comment from Ryan. He bought snowboard boots but couldn’t get socks but the blades.com website quotes “ Our selection includes all skateboard products, all snowboard products, all inline skate products, clothing, shoes, watches, sunglasses and everything related to the skate/snow/surf lifestyle”

BTW, inline skates are not apart of the “skate/snow/surf lifestyle.” Skaters beat the shit out of fruit booters.

AND, one more thing incorrect with their statement, Blades caries nothing “surf.”

Blades Board and Skate is like that kid in High School that smells bad and has terrible acne but is always rocking new kicks because his mother, who’s a closet alcoholic that secretly bones the pool boy, personal trainer and mexican gardner, receives a daily allowance from her distant husband to keep her quiet and the kids happy because he’s always “late working” which translates to “boning the secretary for the third time tonight”. That kid sucks. It’s not that maybe he’s a good person because he’s not. He thinks he’s the shit because he’s rocking the same DC’s that Danny Way rode into the Guiness Book of World Records in. Do you want to give him your weekly allowance? Do you want to support his delusional inflated ego by buying shit from his shop? Hell no! Don’t support Blades Board and Skate. The local NYC skaters know this and therefore shop at Autumn or Supreme in Manhattan. If your looking for a joint in Brooklyn check out Supreme or Homage. Here you’ll find numbers, addresses and even maps. Because I love you and want the best for you. Just like Obama.
